Overseeing and managing the environmental and technical inspections for construction projects of varying complexity. Clients include local, state, and federal governmental agencies, in addition to private industry (light commercial, heavy industrial, infrastructure).• Inspecting for environmental compliance in the field, including CEQA/NEPA mitigations, NPDES stormwater compliance, dewatering, spill management, erosion/sediment control, air emissions, etc.• Conducting on-site measurements as needed for surface water quality, groundwater quality,wastewater quality, ambient air, noise & vibration, and other waste sampling, testing, and monitoring.• Documenting and reporting on all aspects of environmental construction and operations processes, materials, trades information, data, and events on project sites to ensure environmental regulatory compliance.• Coordinating with other company-wide project teams to ensure regulatory compliance for inspection criteria, when required• Maintaining expertise in existing and emerging software for tracking and analyzing relevantenvironmental data to improve the company’s programs. Identify, track, and communicate process improvements, wherever appropriate.
