As part of CBRE’s National Investment Team, I am part of Canada’s strongest and most integrated advisory platform in the commercial real estate sector. Our team in Halifax and our partners across the country focus on achieving the best client outcomes every day.Based in Halifax my experience spans every asset class and markets across Atlantic Canada with a focus on land and redevelopment projects. I’m driven to succeed and love being a (very small) part of the growth and revival of Halifax. With my two kids in tow, we often explore the city and new developments underway across the city. Perhaps my most exciting success was the sale of the former Ben’s Bakery site off Quinpool Road in Halifax. Seeing the site from closure through to redevelopment is extremely exciting, especially now as the developer moves to the construction phase. Plus, I now call Canada Bread/Bimbo Canada one of my top clients with several on-going projects across the region.My down time is spent with my two kids and wife as we explore Atlantic Canada camping and visiting the many wonderful places this region has to offer.
