Active and past cases include homicide, manslaughter, motor vehicle homicides, child abuse, violent felonies, kidnapping, drug and narcotic offenses, larceny crimes, mayhem, firearm charges, sexual assaults, breaking and entering, operating under the influence, and domestic violence crimes. Tried over sixty cases in the bench and jury sessions. Conducted hundreds of bail hearings and defended several dozen non-evidentiary motions to dismiss and evidentiary motions to suppress. Proudly serve our nation as a solider, officer and lawyer in the United States Army JAG Corps Reserve.
