As an IP and trade secrets litigator at ND Galli Law, a WIPR-ranked boutique, I focus on emerging-tech and brand disputes where intellectual property protection is front and center or still catching up to innovation.My practice spans the full IP lifecycle — from safeguarding confidential information and enforcing trade secrets to defending against infringement and structuring licensing deals. Clients often come to me when a trusted employee leaves with proprietary know-how, a partner misuses shared data, or an algorithm or novel process becomes the center of a dispute. I bring both legal precision and strategic storytelling to every case, aligning protection strategy with business goals.As Co-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s IP Committee and a former member of the ABA-IPL Task Force on AI & Machine Learning, I stay at the forefront of how technology is reshaping intellectual property. I regularly moderate and speak at national conferences on trade secrets and AI, helping shape the policy and practical playbook for the future of innovation law.Before law, I spent a decade in the performing arts and tech entrepreneurship — experiences that sharpened my instincts for branding, narrative, and creative problem-solving.
