My specific job role requirements are:Consultancy - Working with stakeholders to find out what is working and what can be improved. Have worked on projects where I have personally identified gaps and designed/delivered training to ensure the gap is closed. Corporate inductions - Inducting all new staff into the business at all levels. Making sure a good first impression is key and being a role model.LMS - Manage/POC for the business ensuring all compliance modules are up to date and the allocation of regulatory modules is on time. Pull data from the LMS to report on completions and communicating this out to Executive Committee.Management of leadership programmes - I deliver the management training programme for new managers and managers at the second stage of their careers (12-24 months) in two separate programmes. I also communicate with external training providers for part of the leadership programme making sure the logistics are organised.Business Skill Training - Facilitating sessions on a variety of development training courses (time management, confidence building, creativity, problem solving, presenting with impact, Train the Trainer to name a few). External relationship - Manage the qualifications of the London Institute of Banking & Finance (LiBF) offerings for the group. Contact and organiser of external events and training to ensure smooth qualification process and completion. Mentoring - Currently Mentoring & Reverse Mentoring a couple of people within the business focusing on improving individual skills. Management of the L&D mailbox - responding to general enquires across the business. My aim here is to keep a consistent culture about L&D across the whole business with finding out what is working and what else can we do.
