AlixPartners is a leading global business advisory firm of results-oriented professionals who specialise in creating value and restoring performance at every stage of the business life cycle.Providing Operational support to 6 regional offices- with regular site visits.Monitoring SLA\'s and ensuring theses are met for all offices.Responsible for the implementation of various on-going projects within in the Business Development team. One of which is setting up a new archive department for a specific area within Zolfo Cooper, this includes a new storage company.Implementing new archive procedures and maintaining File Track Web office plus storage system and Elite Enterprise.Responsible for delivery and collection of case files from all case managers and analysts.Assisting the Facilities and Project managers with all aspects of internal office moves and office relocations.Signing off and checking all invoices relating to the FM team.Sending and retrieving files from the external storage facility.Systems used: Elite, FTWO, Outlook, Word, Excel, Navision and IPSMaintaining and updating the Facilities HelpdeskBudget managementProject Managing internal and relocation moves.Maintaining and monitoring the Access Control System
