Lead Sourcing Consultant for the sustainability teams at Wells Fargo. Manage expectations while following the Wells Fargo Sourcing process with my corporate properties group sustainability team business partners. This includes managing 30+ sourcing requests, meeting deadlines, and having a service level agreement with my business partners to get contracts executed quickly. Mentor and train all new sourcing consultants that join our team. This includes training them on contract templates, system tools and approval processes, and risk management. Review and negotiate contract terms with the expectation to have as few redlines as possible to eliminate risks to Wells Fargo. Maintain relationships with my business partners and with key suppliers in the critical facility space. Manage contracts, SLA’s, and pricing for - solar projects, technology, energy, waste and recycling programs, and for Wells Fargo’s carbon removal strategy. Conduct RFP’s for Wells Fargo’s sustainability and corporate properties team worth over $600 million in spend with software, large solar farm and utilities projects, and energy as a service contracts.
