ABOUT ANDREW CLARK
Andrew is the Executive Creative Director leading the brand and creative team at Sonos.Andrew previously was the Head of Design at H&R Block delivering new, engaging client and associate experiences. Over five years, he built a 40+ person design organization - UX, Content, and Service Design - across consumer products and associate software. His team focused on \"remarkable\" experiences that provide expertise and care. Andrew is energized by creating new ideas, building teams, and making work that is modern and visually bold.For five years, Andrew led several brand design teams at Sonos including the Global Brand Digital team for two years, responsible for Sonos.com, CRM, and Digital Retail. Andrew was also a Creative Director launching Sonos One, Sonos Beam, and partnership creative for the first-ever IKEA Symfonisk product line and Limited Edition Sonos One with HAY. Andrew built the first in-house brand design and production team while leading global brand projects including identity, advertising campaigns, packaging, and retail displays. Andrew led the Los Angeles office of Bruce Mau Design designing brands, visual identities, and communication touchpoints for Proper Hospitality, Adidas, Tiger Woods Foundation, Lokai and Halo Neuroscience. Andrew first joined Bruce Mau Design as a designer in their Toronto and Chicago offices where he completed a wide spectrum of communications, brand, social media, vision, architectural, and experience design projects for academic institutions, global brands, and corporations. Before Bruce Mau Design, Andrew practiced architecture at Gensler completing the headquarters for Amcol, side chair for OFS, and several concept designs within the Emerging Studio.Raised in parts of the Midwest and Texas, he survived fifteen winters in Chicago where he graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a BA in Architectural Studies.Andrew Clark lives in Kansas City with his wife Ann and their three children: Emery, Tennyson, and Marlowe. Andrew enjoys KCRW Eclectic 24, Legos, architectural projects, and visiting America\'s National Parks.
