ABOUT ANDREW CHEN
Andrew has over 17 years of railway experience accrued in a Consultancy, Contractor and Client environment. He manages coordination of site teams in a wide variety of multi-discipline survey activities all over the UK and works closely with both internal and external Clients. He has a wide range of survey investigation experience, working on an assortment of projects. He leads a team of Survey Managers, Site Managers, Resource Managers and Project Managers delivering a one-stop-service on major multi-discipline Projects. Andrew’s ability to identify efficiencies and improve processes is an asset and his ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders has been beneficial in accessing their assets and data, ensuring further surveying efficiencies. He is a meticulous planner, able to react quickly to changes while ensuring quality delivery; skills that have helped achieve a strong track record of delivering to, and sometimes ahead of schedule, to client requirement. This has been recognised via an award for ‘Commitment to Delivery’.
