20+ years in the Drug Discovery industry, working across medicinal chemistry, solid form, formulation and DMPK. I previously led the Pharmaceutical Development team at Charles River in Harlow through nomination of 10+ preclinical candidates and am currently responsible for the excellent Chemistry and BioAnalysis teams at RxCelerate, where our focus is on running lean and blisteringly fast hit to lead and lead optimisation campaigns for our clients. I still love the science but also have a fascination for business strategy, project management, fixing broken processes and building high performing teams.
