I do this by lowering churn, growing upsell revenue, and reducing costs by building digital-first, AI-enabled, personalized customer experiences that scale across companies customer segments.A founder of Cisco\'s CX organization, I led the adoption of AI into the company\'s digital customer experience. I currently serve on the board of the Strategic AI program at the University of San Francisco and as a judge for international and US CX awards.I have won 12 International Customer Experience Awards for AI implementations, CX strategy, and digital CX; and frequently speak to CX and SaaS audiences. I earned my Customer Experience Professional certification (CCXP) and am a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association. Earlier in my career I co-authored the Publicity Handbook, 3rd Edition (McGraw-Hill), which was named a Fortune Book Club Selection.
