As part of the Real Estate Investment team at EBSCO, this role focuses on supporting the full lifecycle of multifamily and mixed-use real estate investments. Responsibilities include:Financial Analysis & Underwriting: Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel to underwrite potential acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.Market Research & Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth market research, including analysis of rent and expense comps, cap rate trends, and supply-demand fundamentals, to support investment decisions.Investment Memorandums: Prepare comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal investment committee review.Transaction Support: Assist in deal structuring, debt financing, and closing processes for new acquisitions and developments.Portfolio Management: Track and analyze asset performance, prepare quarterly reporting, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize portfolio value.Industry Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, lenders, and other key industry stakeholders to source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
