As Chief Financial Officer at Building Kidz, I help drive the financial health and long-term sustainability of our organization by applying deep experience in accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and GAAP-compliant operational oversight. Since joining in 2023, I have supported the growth and efficiency of multiple childcare centers across Arizona, ensuring our systems, people, and financial processes align with our mission of delivering exceptional early childhood education.With more than thirteen years of professional experience in finance and organizational leadership, my focus has always been centered on fiscal responsibility, strategic planning, and building structures that enable meaningful, scalable growth.In addition to my CFO responsibilities, I serve as a Managing Partner for our Arizona locations—leading our initiative to partner with local employers to offer high-quality early childhood education benefits for their employees at no cost to the employer.
