As Head of Health and Safety I\'m responsible for the review, development, implementation and monitoring of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Fire Management Systems, to ensure that the safety of staff, visitors and contractors, in alignment with current Health and Safety, Approved Codes of Practice (ACOP) and associated legislation/ best practice. As Head of Health and Safety I\'m responsible for the management of the Cabinet Office Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programme and relevant third-party contracts, as well as our programme of workplace adjustments, to ensure the Cabinet Office as an employer meets it obligations to staff health and safety. I lead a small professional team in the delivery of these key areas.
