About Andrew Burke
As a wide-eyed kid with a mind and heart full of curiosity and with dreams and goals I wished to fulfill, I stumbled on a show that brought me a new passion, “Mad Money” with Jim Cramer. Little did I know, my encounter with this financial TV show sparked a love and passion for finance and investment that will last a lifetime. I am a sophomore at the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University. I have a Major in Finance and a Minor in Accounting. My love for finance and investment didn\'t stop with passive viewership. “Mad Money” with Jim Cremer opened a gateway for my desire to learn more about the space. I started finding myself indulging in finance books written by major pioneers in the space, religiously following market news and even found myself analyzing graphs and companies\' financials so I could pitch it to my parents. I often reminisce about my 13 year old self sitting at the dinner table with my parents trying to get involved in their conversations talking about things like P/E Ratio and Dividend yields and them finding it hysterical that I was intrigued as a 13 year old kid. Looking back, with all the knowledge I\'ve accumulated in finance and investing since, I realized to appreciate those conversations as memories that continue to fuel my passion and love for finance.
