   I joined Outreach as one of the founding members of the ML/DS organization. I was ML tech lead for the company\'s first two NLP-powered features:(1) Out-of-Office Return Date & Referral Extraction & (2) Buyer Intent & Sentiment. I also architected and released the company\'s first multilingual LLM-based model and human-in-the loop feedback mechanism automating continuous ML model training & releases. Currently working on conversational intelligence for Outreach Kaia™, our real-time AI-powered virtual assistant. Launched and led an initiative to auto-fill CRM fields from meeting transcripts which grew from a winning hackathon project to funded multi-quarter initiative with a team of Applied Scientists & MLEs (production release & announcement coming soon).
