About Andrew Brewick
I have spent the last ten years of my career designing and implementing retention programming across the entire gamut of student populations - from at-risk first-year students to international graduate students that were otherwise inadmissible to the institution. I am a passionate advocate for student success, and believe higher education institutions have a duty to meet the needs of the students they serve in both the cognitive and non-cognitive domains. Accomplishing this goal requires an institutional commitment, and I have worked tirelessly throughout my career to incorporate student success and campus globalization elements into strategic planning documents and all subsequent operational plans. My approach to change management is rooted in collaboration, partnership, and a shared desire to build an academic ecology that maximizes positive student outcomes.
