Reporting directly to the Business Unit President of Wound and Surgical, I serve as a staff member of the President\'s commercial executive team. I lead the full scope of commercial operations for the US and International teams including direct sales, distributor, agency, and market access. Responsibilities include sales and operations forecasting process, sales force sizing, territory design and management, customer service, order processing, inside sales, commission and incentive program design, tissue/sample management, sales strategy implementation/execution/effectiveness measurement, sales force communications, KPI reporting and analytics.
