ABOUT ANDREW BOYD

Leading the roll out of asset life-cycle information management enterprise tools across across the entire organisation. Improving the health, well being and safety of our operational staff, statutory and regulatory compliance and supporting the embedment of systems thinking strategies.Much of my work involves leading strategic change and business improvement projects; I have strong technical expertise and vast experience of governance/compliance issues and regulations. I consider myself an effective and an adaptable Manager, with extensive experience and a wealth of readily transferable business, knowledge management and business improvement skills. I make use of my interpersonal and negotiation skills on a daily basis and have excellent project management knowledge (Agile and Waterfall methodologies) and strong problem solving ability. My people are my greatest asset, I emphasise the importance of team development to other leaders and strongly believe that valuing the contributions made by individuals encourages genuine commitment to the cause and certainly this has been my own experience. I believe that if one is effective in getting a work force to engage in a project then implementing necessary change is a more natural process.As an individual, I totally commit to the work that I do and enjoy setting myself high standards. To date, this work ethic and my in-depth technical expertise has allowed my business analysis work to deliver impressive results, and I am proud of the part I have played in improving the performance of all the companies I have worked with.
