A variety of special events at the Orpheum Theatre, State Theatre, The Hennepin, and MPLS First Avenue including: Broadway on Hennepin Series Reveal, Glam Jam, Purple Rain Pre-Broadway Opening Night Purple Carpet (including live television rundown), Purple Rain Pre-Broadway Opening Night Party, and most historically: Spotlight Showcase & Spotlight Showcase After Party. Spotlight Showcase is Minnesota high school theater’s biggest celebration - involving over participants, 100 staff/volunteers, 30+ community partners/vendors, planned on a 12 month work-back candence, rehearsed over 2 weeks, and performed over 2 nights at the State Theatre in Downtown Minneapolis.

ABOUT ANDREW BOURGOIN
I’m a musically trained creative strategist, people manager, project manager, and live events nerd, passionate about producing and directing impactful experiences. My core competencies include internalizing and organizing priorities, diligently scheduling and communicating, and pulling all the pieces of a show together while remaining calm, maintaining vision, and trusting the team around me. Because of my experience as a music director (over 100 shows), I have the ability to view progress through the eyes of an artist, executive, and guest.
