Andrew is a senior transactional attorney with more than 8 years in-house at Sutter Health, one of the world’s largest non-profit integrated health systems operating 25 acute care hospitals and 200+ clinics across California with nearly employees.A strategic operational leader and trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior management, Andrew is relied on to deliver practical, business-focused guidance on corporate transactions, deal strategy, compliance, and risk management. Today, he leverages his law firm litigation experience to proactively anticipate risk in transactions, protect business interests, and prevent financial and reputational risk.Andrew also served as the first General Counsel to Meditab Software, a multinational technology company developing software for healthcare providers and hospital systems. He created policies and procedures for negotiations, litigation, and more from the ground up, and completed several mergers and acquisitions.Andrew earned his juris doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he graduated in the top ten percent of his class, and is licensed to practice law in California.
