Telecommunications wasn’t a career path I ever thought I’d follow yet 19 years after entering the industry I’m still here. I started out in Customer Services 19 years ago. I have been privileged enough to have worked in a number of different fields in that time ranging from customer retention, complaints resolution, coaching, quality specialist, team management and now a business sales executive.
