I am a highly experienced manager and leader in IT operations, infrastructure, support, security, leadership, and management since 1990, and leader in higher education teaching and administration since I possess major IT project management and leadership experience combined with solid communication and presentation skills. I have experience managing teams of varying sizes up to 65 individuals in both education and technology. I am experienced in strategically managing and controlling all areas of IT operations and support, security, infrastructure, cloud computing, educational technologies, simulation learning centers, and communicating key management information to division, department, and executive leadership. I have demonstrated leadership in the innovative design, use, and implementation of information technology solutions for both large and small organizations, as well as educational technologies in higher education environments, particularly in online and synchronous distance education. I possess strong education and teaching skills and have extensive experience in teaching courses both online and on-ground, including training faculty in online teaching pedagogy and instructional design. I possess a reputation as a strong and capable servant-leader and manager, and a leader in technology and education. I am detail and process-oriented, highly self-motivated and directed, and have a very friendly and easy-going personality.
