Responsible for the design and delivery of the people strategy for the Specialty division, which comprises of 1,200+ employees. Working as part of the Exec team, I have designed and embed the people agenda for the division. I have delivered complex org design, designed, implemented and driven transformational culture change programme and delivered against employee engagement insights. Working in partnership with the business I have delivered robust and innovative People expertise whilst building strong key stakeholder relationships in supporting and delivering the divisional 3-year plan. My role also encompasses complex employee relations, acquisition and integration, responsibilities for compensation and benefits, succession/talent management, ensuring measurement and action against people KPIs and to support and lead on various Group People projects
