I am a proactive leader of the Asset Management Team within an industry leading consultancy serving the utilities sectors. I have over 36 years of Water industry (and more recently power and nuclear) experience now being applied to deliver transformative operations and maintenance strategies. I specialise in delivering Client focussed solutions, integrating with existing systems and leveraging the highest value from optimally operating, maintaining and upgrading those assets which matter most to our client\'s performance.I have successfully developed high performing teams across a number of organisations, and am currently leading a dynamic team of over 30 asset management professionals, delivering services across the UK and Ireland, the UAE, Australasia and the Americas.I have Global Discipline Leadership for Operations and Maintenance and Asset Data StrategyI have a proven track record and long history working in O&M environments with over 130 staff and £50M annual OPEX budget responsibilityI am very passionate about helping companies get the best from their teams and assets, with a track record of delivering complex capital solutions with behavioural culture transformation at the heart to unlock consistent performance improvements.I am an experienced Capital programme delivery manager with embedded TOTEX hierarchy thinking for £200M annuallyI am a SME on behavioural safety and a leader in this field, developing and delivering cultural change safety programmes of work.
