Over 20 years experience of heavy engineering maintaining Glass manufacturing float, Coating, Mirror and shaping lines.Through the various roles I have gained extensive knowledge of different maintenance systems, project management, leadership roles all within multi disciplined teams of engineers. I have experience in budget development and management, building of safety systems surrounding engineering maintenance tasks. FMEA to new processes, operational cost saving and maintenance through Condition based monitoring.My role has allowed me to develop strong working relationships with managers, peers and contractors. I am a positive engineer who is driven to see tasks through to completion whilst achieving targets without jeopardising safety.Most recent projects roles have allowed me to manage the demolition of two redundant Float manufacturing lines, batch plants, chimneys and warehouses. Multi year projects delivered on time, on budget and with no incidents!
