My experience spans the full gamut of portfolio rationalisation reviews, significant valuation portfolio and governance reviews as part of a formal Audit and Assurance process for both public and private entities, financial reporting, mortgage and tax valuations, compulsory acquisition expert witness work and development feasibility analysis. I have an in-depth knowledge of property fundamentals and have used various software tools such as Argus Enterprise, Argus Estate Master and Forbury to complete these valuations. My expertise has been applied across Greater London and the UK, EMEA more widely, Metro Sydney, NSW and beyond, with a strong track record of providing acquisition/disposal advice and cost mitigation valuations.
