ABOUT ANDREW BASS

Professional skills- Experience in administration and clerical work, working with official correspondence- Customer relations, client management, visa application support- Selecting, mentoring, training and evaluating the newcomers- Holding successful negotiations- Organizing and performing business and touristic trips- Translator (English, Hebrew, Russian, Ukrainian).Main achievements- During high-season (May-June 2017) I successfully worked with 120 clients- More than 70% of my clients again applied to the company, and around 50% of them contacted directly me, instead of sales-department- All difficult issues and troubled clients were assigned to me, because I am stress resistant- I successfully organized more than 200 business trips and performed almost 80 business trips around the world (USA, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Singapore, Kenya, Algeria, Iran, Morocco, Israel, Kenya, and many European countries)- I participated in recruitment and mentoring processes in all companies, where I worked (electronic store “Foxtrot”, Diplomatic courier service, STUDY.UA)- As an officer of armed forces I performed duties of operations desk officer. I coordinated activity of entire staff of the Diplomatic courier service (30 people), cooperate with Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and Head Administration of the State Feldjager Service of Ukraine (at this time it is a part of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine)- I provided translation services for such companies and brands as Honda, Diaverum, STUDY.UA, Partnership for Local Economic Development and Democratic Governance Project (PLEDDG), Ukrainian Social-Democratic Party, Kiev Guma (http://kievguma.ua/index.php/en/), DVR Gazer, etc.
