ABOUT ANDREW BAIER
I have a background as an experienced medical scribe, UC Irvine graduate with a B.S. in Biological Sciences, and Alverno College graduate with a M.S and B.S in nursing. I strive to demonstrate my passion in both my personal and professional life. I grew up in Elk Grove, California and moved to Irvine for school and opportunity. This pursuit brought me to Phoenix, Arizona to continue developing my competence. Outside of healthcare I have many hobbies including working on my car, Formula 1 Racing, playing piano, golfing, cooking, building computers, and MMA. I like to keep busy, and am always finding myself beginning new hobbies.I found my way into healthcare through my work as a Medical Scribe in which I was able to witness the transformative nature of quality patient care. Through learning more about each patient\'s life story, cultural background, and preferences in their care I was able to learn the importance of creating individualized plans of care for each patient. This allowed me to also understand the pertinent assessments, laboratory and diagnostic tests, and effective medications used in the fields of Hematology and Oncology.
