I am an Enrolled Agent and Licensed Tax Consultant with experience preparing individual tax returns through my work at H&R Block. I bring a strong foundation in federal tax law, compliance, and client service, and I am committed to delivering accurate, ethical, and client-focused tax solutions.Before entering the tax profession, I was a teacher, teaching middle and high school STEAM classes. That experience sharpened my skills in communication, organization, and time management, and taught me how to explain complex concepts clearly, set expectations, and adapt to diverse needs. These skills now directly support my work with clients, helping them feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the tax process.I have always had a natural affinity for numbers, structure, and problem-solving, which makes tax work a natural fit. Preparing individual returns has allowed me to apply technical knowledge in real-world scenarios while maintaining a people-first approach. I am now seeking opportunities to expand my expertise further, particularly by gaining experience with entity taxation, including partnerships, corporations, and other business returns.My goal is to continue growing as a tax professional by learning from experienced practitioners, taking on increasingly complex work, and providing thoughtful, detail-oriented service. I value accuracy, professionalism, and clear communication, and I aim to build long-term trust with both clients and colleagues as I advance in this field.
