I am an experienced Mechanical Engineer (Building HVAC and Plumbing Systems Design) with 30 years of experience in Mechanical & Plumbing Commercial Consulting Design. I have performed HVAC systems design for most market sectors including Higher Education (University and Technical College), K-12 Schools, Commercial, Industrial, Justice, and Government / Military facilities throughout a wide range of facility sizes and locations throughout the Continental United States and the Pacific (Japan, Republic of Korea). Throughout the course of my career I have performed HVAC and Plumbing system design work, filled the role of project manager, and performed Commissioning, Facility Condition Assessments and report writing.In my role at McKinstry as a Senior Commissioning Engineer I perform Commissioning for McKinstry Construction projects in our Midwest region and 3rd party Commissioning for our external clients. Additionally, I assist the other members of our Midwest Technical Services Team performing Facility Condition Assessments and Energy Analyses. I also participate with our Project Development Team to assist in generating project scope and Technical Services work scope on Energy Projects.
