I’m a former middle school teacher now working to bring mental health supports to students through my role at Cartwheel. My goal is to help ensure every student has access to high-quality mental health care, no matter their zip code, background, or insurance status.Teaching taught me how to listen, adapt, and lead with empathy. Those same skills now help me connect with school leaders in a thoughtful, authentic way as we work to unpack challenges and explore solutions together. Mental health is foundational, and schools are often on the front lines—which is why this work means so much to me.
