Responsible for the leadership of Vesuvius’ global applications team which covers the following areas: • OT systems used throughout Vesuvius’ manufacturing facilities. • Business Intelligence - Microsoft SSIS, SSAS, SSRA & PowerBI; • Collaborative computing - MS Office 365 & Sharepoint; • HR systems - SAP Success Factors; • Supply Chain Management - SAP IBP and an internally developed solution; • Shared Services systems - Coupa electronic invoicing, Cognos Controller, Concur and financial and IT help desk using Service Now; • JDE One World XE design, deployment and support; • SAP ECC design, deployment and support; • Programming for all global systems using C# and QA with UIPath. This includes manufacturing and CRM solutions. • IT operations in North and South America - service desk and field support in the region.
