I am a Senior Project Manager with over two decades of experience delivering diverse, complex, and high-profile construction projects across the South West and beyond. My career began in 2003 on the tools as a site labourer, quickly progressing through site management roles to leading multi-million-pound schemes for Bluestone/Morgan Sindall and now Kier Construction.My portfolio spans sectors including custodial, education, healthcare, residential, leisure, heritage, and commercial, ranging from a £100k refurbishment to a £240M prison expansion, the world’s first multi-zone PassivHaus leisure centre, and a 23-storey student accommodation tower. I bring proven expertise in managing all phases of the project lifecycle, with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and quality.I am deeply committed to driving positive change in the industry, particularly in inclusion and diversity. As Chair of the CIOB Exeter Hub, former Chair of NOVUS South West, and a CITB STEM Ambassador, I champion knowledge sharing, mentoring, and attracting new talent to construction. I am also a BuildForce mentor, helping service leavers transition into the sector.My work has been recognised with multiple awards, including CIOB Construction Manager of the Year Gold (2014), CMYA Project of the Year (2022), and several Positive Safety Leadership Awards. I take pride in delivering projects that not only meet client expectations but also contribute positively to communities and the environment.I thrive on building strong, collaborative teams and delivering innovative, sustainable solutions in construction.
