Successfully implemented UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions). This was one of Osler’s largest implementation projects ever, impacting over 4,800 employees with an overall project budget of $2.4M+. This project was politically challenging as a previous implementation of Kronos years ago had resulted in significant pay issues earning a poor reputation among staff and managers. Meticulous oversight, strategic planning and effective change management resulted in a remarkably low 1.3% payroll correction rate upon go-live- Led the implementation of the Savience Self-Registration Kiosk system. Involved in all aspects of the project, from supporting the RFP procurement process to managing all stages of implementation, including design, pilot, go-live, and closeout phases. This project was particularly challenging due to working with an overseas vendor, creating an entirely new registration process and managing an ever-changing list of requirements- Osler Site Lead for Cancer Care Ontario’s WTIS Expansion 2014/15 - DI Efficiencies project. A highly political and technically challenging project with uncompromising timelines- Successfully managed the implementation of Osler’s corporate-wide Electrocardiogram (ECG) Management System. Considered one of the hospital’s most successful implementations, this project involved transitioning and decommissioning a former ECG system, deploying multiple clinical devices across multiple sites and coordinating the training of over 700 clinical staff members; all while completing the project within 96%
