Legal Ops Experience- Work with the Directors and paralegals of each legal team above to put together and adjust annual budget proposals using legal spend data and trends per quarter, subject matter, and vendor - Improve quarterly accrual reporting by adding a mid-quarter report to address billing discrepancies before end of quarter - Establish strong relationship with and act as org POC for Finance and Accounting business partners - Manage process for onboarding legal vendors and setting up e-billing in SimpleLegal - Oversee and conduct training SimpleLegal training across entire Legal team - Oversee and provide guidance on multiple SimpleLegal matter clean ups and system improvements - Lead quarterly stakeholder updates for Board of Directors and auditors E-Discovery Experience- Oversee the collection, processing and production of documents- Work closely with the litigation team to develop strategies for efficient and cost-effective document collection and management- Formulate, interpret and implement e-discovery management policies and operating practices- Provide consultation and expert e-discovery advice to the legal organization and management- Ensure best practices of discovery procedures and safeguards in support of data collection and review efforts- Act as in-house expert on developments in law governing discovery obligations- Manage Pinterest\'s relationship with e-discovery vendors- Collaborate directly with outside counsel on discovery matters; and - Manage e-discovery tools, most notably Relativity, Global Relay, and Google Vault.
