As the Director of Design at Tonic Inc, I lead a team of eight talented designers who create user-centric solutions for complex enterprise problems. With a BFA in Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design and over 12 years of experience in the design industry, I have developed a deep understanding of how to balance user needs and business goals and how to communicate design value to clients and stakeholders.My passion is to foster a collaborative and innovative design culture where we embrace user research, rapid prototyping, and co-creation with cross-functional teams and clients. I have directed UX strategy for multiple engagements, spanning different industries and domains, such as financial services, media, and healthcare. Some of the clients I have worked with include The New York Times, Charles Schwab, Morgan Stanley, and NASDAQ. I also advise executives on integrating design thinking into the company vision and enabling business growth through design innovation.
