About Andrew Adler
While completing my full-time MBA I was a Project Manager with a large commercial construction company in Manhattan where I led and managed the entirety of the project from start to finish. This included tracking KPIs, handling changes to the design, managing budgets, formulating weekly financial reports, ensuring each scope was covered, all while surpassing the project timeline. This project was the construction of a multi-story WeWork high-rise building on 5th Avenue. In addition, I was able to cut cost in areas of the project by up to 35%.While completing my full-time MBA I was also an outside consultant for a large multinational insurance company where I assessed the overall financial performance of their subsidiaries and assisted in creating a corporate strategic plan for that line of business. Pre-MBA I led several initiatives in a team environment at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor in a heavy retail client-facing role which included bringing in new business, running analysis, managing portfolios, trading, and putting together financial plans. Prior to Morgan Stanley I assisted publicly traded companies in raising capital at a boutique private bank. I have developed top-tier communication, sales, and analytical skills while working with clients face to face across various industries.
