Audit data to ensure accuracy and prepare report- Duties may include, but is not limited to, monthly forecast process, annual budget process, and processing of cash receipts- Ensures financial data is entered correctly and accurately- Works with contract accountant to add journal entries to debit and credit accounts- Generates accounting and audit reports for cash receipts, accounts payable and receivable, expenditures, and profits and losses at least monthly- Coordinate accounting for American Express, SunTrust, Chase and Diners Club credit cards.
