My approach to leadership is grounded in stewardship. You take responsibility first, you keep your word, and you never ask someone to carry a standard you would not uphold yourself. I take seriously the trust others place in me to guide, develop, and support them. That mindset shapes how I work with clients, colleagues, and the teams I lead.I grew up on a ranch where discipline, consistency, and accountability were part of daily life. Those early lessons shaped how I think about responsibility and how I show up for others. Today, I focus on helping small and mid-sized business owners strengthen their organizations, build disciplined habits, and lead with clarity.At Cogent Analytics, I serve as Director of Portfolio Development. My work centers on improving sales systems, aligning strategy, and helping leaders bring structure and focus to their organizations. I emphasize practical execution, consistent behaviors, and communication that drives better decisions and measurable results.I was recently selected for the Triad Business Journal’s 40 Under 40. I view it as a reminder that leadership is not recognition, it is responsibility, and that the trust placed in me must be earned daily.Outside of work, I stay involved in community efforts and mentoring. Progress comes from steady, deliberate action, and I contribute where I can.
