Responsible for support and development of Field Telecommunication and Network Services for Scotford Refinery • Assisting users with issues, questions, or concerns regarding Telecoms and Information Technology Systems. Includes troubleshooting, technical support, ordering of IT equipment, managing escalations, supporting, and assisting in the planning and executing of IT projects • Manage plant legacy telecommunications equipment, e.g. Avaya, Radios, mobile devices, Push to Talk • Manage network installations and equipment • Liaise with project managers to assist with site survey and implementation of new equipment installations on the onsite and offsite locations • Accommodate additional demands onto network, e.g. to support production unit turn around activities • Maintain site network landscape overview • Strong dotted line to local natural team (e.g. Real Estate/HSSE/Asset Protection) supporting all aspects of site(s) operations. • Working with and directing telecom vendors

I am a fluently bilingual (English and French) IT Operational Analyst, with over 10 years’ experience in 1st to 3rd level support, 3 years in Networking (VoIP) and 2+ years of Systems Administration, including over 5 years in the Bio/Pharmaceuticals industry, which has included GKBI Biopharma (current), GSK, Roche, Covestro and UCB Farchim, as well as Medtronic for medical devices. I have worked with international teams in both lead roles and as an individual contributor, including extensive experience within large multi-national firms with internal, as well as external offshore teams, from Pharmaceuticals to Banking. I have managed teams of up to 25 people (4+ years), and have Agile Project Management and Change Management experience for platform implementations and upgrades. I am fully familiar and experienced in compliance with GxP Validation, Quality guidelines, regulations and clinical trials for manufacturing in the Biopharma industry. In addition to support responsibilities, following ITIL processes, including knowledge base maintenance and incident management. I have managed and delivered large training sessions, and developed documentation for new products, services and procedures. I have conducted quality surveys, onsite, internationally, to implement process improvement, and have experience communicating with all levels of business and with management of external providers. I am especially enthusiastic for the opportunity to be involved in the development of the business with a motivated team in the health and life sciences environment. I am dedicated and insightful, with strong communications skills, and seek to maintain long-term professional relationships with integrity.
