Built and deployed predictive models across the Neuroscience portfolio\'s two fastest growing brands. For SPRAVATO, developed a patient fulfillment model that isolated the drivers and barriers to first-fill, powering Priority Case Alerts which saw full adoption by the entire patient support team. High-risk patients receiving alerts saw fulfillment rates nearly double (11% to 20%), with fulfillment increasing 5% for top accounts and 3.5% across the rest. Following those results, scope expanded to lead the CAPLYTA AI and Advanced Analytics integration across both HCP and patient. Built an ensemble model predicting early-writing affinity for the new aMDD indication, bipolar penetration and productivity, and PCP prescribing propensity. Integrated HCP insights, next-best-message logic, and digital engagement affinity into an orchestrated framework to drive launch excellence within three months of taking up the workstream.
