About Andrew Thompson
Hey folks, I’m Andrew Thompson! I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2022 with University Honors, earning a double major in Civil Engineering and Engineering & Public Policy. I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of systems, people, and policy—especially where they meet technology.Since graduating, I’ve worked on large-scale transformation projects across healthcare. Whether it\'s optimizing revenue cycle processes for integrated health systems or designing operating models for 900+ FTEs, I focus on solving complex problems and making technical solutions clear and actionable for all stakeholders. I love digging into data, building structured frameworks, and turning ideas into outcomes.I’m especially passionate about helping organizations use emerging technologies to make smarter decisions and drive impact. I’m always learning—whether that’s through client work or just out of personal curiosity.Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, and getting to the beach whenever I can.
