Using this approach, I have mentored and inspired various teams to drive the following results:• Record revenue generation of over $1 billion dollars (while managing risk and increasing productivity).• The orchestration of a new go-to-market strategy for Canada which included mapping resources and account coverage to a new OPEX target. This resulted in increased productivity by more than 15%.I also spearheaded launched the very successful marketing campaigns which were replicated by many organizations including Best Buy, NHL.com, American Airlines, and Home Depot.I have always had a deep passion and enthusiasm for technology. After graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics and Computers, I spent over 25 years specializing in the technology industry. Successfully advancing throughout my career, I have taken on leadership roles to oversee customer retention and acquisition efforts in both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) capacities.I’m proud and honoured to have been the youngest Vice President at Dell Canada, while maintaining a focus on people as validated by the 95% score on “Inspiring Leader” in employee surveys.In addition to speaking at many conferences around North America, hosting in-person and virtual events for partners, customers and charities (in both French and English), I have also been a brand ambassador on TV shows as a regular on David Onley\'s Home Page on CP24, Mark Saltzman\'s Tech Talk, ShopTV (TVA) and The Shopping Channel which collectively drove in excess of $10M in sales.
