Main Activities:• Manage the entire Project lifecycle, includding EPCI and Supply Projects of Subsea Production System Equipments (SPS), Subsea Umbilical and Flexible Pipes, ensuring the delivery of the scope contracted by the client within the agreed period, according to the company\'s project management, compliance, quality and safety practices, respecting the budget and expected profitability at the proposal stage. • Responsible for the overall performance of the Project. • Keep follow-up and track project deadlines. • Handle and monitor the Project P&L, Risk & Opportunities and Lessons Learned. • Promote communication between the areas involved ¬in the Project, including the client, in order to meet the needs of the project and strengthen relationships. • Manage Project Variation Orders proposals with client (Project scope, schedule and cost).Main Projects:• HISEP Project (iEPCI): Responsible for the Flow Control Package scope, includding 2 Separation Stations, 1 Boosting Station and 2 PLEMs.• Búzios 6 to 9 Project from Petrobras: 36 Subsea Trees and 10 UDEHs.• Lapa NE phase 2 from Total Energies: Supply of 23km of Flexible Pipes.

ABOUT ANDRÉ STHEL MARTINS
With 19 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, I currently work as a Project Manager at TechnipFMC, where I lead the Flow Control scope as Package Manager for the HISEP Mero 3 EPCI Project. My core expertise lies in Subsea Flexible Pipes and Subsea Production Systems (SPS) equipment.Since joining TechnipFMC in 2006, I’ve held various roles across the organization, from leading the Flexible Manufacturing Project Management Team to working in Commercial functions. Today, I’m fully dedicated to SPS and EPCI projects, where I continue to grow and contribute to complex subsea developments.I passed the PMP certification exam in 2009. I have a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, and an MBA in Project Management from FGV. My academic background also includes an extended engineering curriculum at Esslingen University (Germany) and an Executive Education certificate in Innovation and Leadership from ISCTE Lisboa.I’m passionate about the energy transition and decarbonization journey.
