People often ask what I really do. Beyond titles, metrics, and systems, here’s what I’ve learned about myself after 20+ years working across different areas and industries: 1. I help people come out of their shells — and into their light. Not that kind of closet (though I’d celebrate that too!). I mean when people start feeling safe enough to be themselves at work. When someone begins to share their true personality, shows up with more confidence, creativity, or joy — that’s magic to me. I love watching people step into who they really are. I bring people together. Naturally. Call it a gift for connection — I’ve always had a way of gathering people. Whether it’s building a strong team, encouraging collaboration across departments, or hosting a happy hour that turns into a reunion, I create space for people to feel included, seen, and connected. I help small and growing companies find their rhythm. I thrive in environments where things are evolving — whether it’s a startup gaining structure, a merger creating new dynamics, or a business ready to level up. With a strategic eye for the big picture and a creative, solution-focused mindset, I align people, processes, and purpose. I’m a go-getter who believes that nothing is impossible — especially when heart and systems work hand in hand. At the end of the day, I believe in people. I believe in showing up with authenticity, courage, and a touch of boldness. And I believe work can be a place where we grow not just careers, but humans.
