Applied research on risk management of hydrogen systems, such as electrolyzers, hydrogen transportation through existing natural gas pipelines, and the use of hydrogen forklifts in commercial warehouses. Previous research and work experience focused on developing and implementing causal inference, machine learning, and deep learning models for the fault prognosis, diagnosis, and risk analysis of engineering systems in several applications, such as hydrogen technologies, natural gas pipelines, cellulose plants, mining equipment, railway reliability, and wildfire protection.
