Appointed by members of the IDB Family Association for my strategic vision, I currently serve as Director of Communications, collaborating closely with institutional partners to elevate the Association’s visibility and engagement efforts across the IDB Group community.In this role, I lead the development and implementation of the Association’s annual communication plan, including oversight of budgets, multi-channel strategies (email, social media, web), and storytelling coverage of key events. I work in direct coordination with communication teams from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Federal Credit Union, and the family associations of the IMF (IMFFA) and World Bank (WBFA), promoting joint activities and consistent messaging.Key accomplishments include:Redesign and relaunch of a more human-centered social media strategy, aligned with community engagement goals.Update and implementation of a revised brand manual and communication tone guide.Development of a strategic roadmap for updating the Association’s website and enhancing its usability and content relevance.Production and coverage of cross-institutional events with a focus on inclusion, culture, and family well-being.This volunteer leadership role reflects a strong commitment to community building, cross-agency collaboration, and strategic communication with measurable impact.
