   Spearheaded a cross-collaboration with Customer Care stakeholders to arquitecture and deploy a scalable, end-to-end Case Volume Forecasting end-to-end pipeline to cover up to time series. Leveraging Snowflake and DBT for data modeling and Prophet for predictive analytics. Engineered a StreamLit dashboard to automate reporting, reducing manual data entry and errors. Forecasting Models accomplished a 10% accuracy (moving from 30% accuracy) to optimize Customer Care headcount budgeting. Partnered with Customer Success and Growth Teams to define and implement Product Adoption KPIs utilizing DBT to build production-grade data models that powered new Customer Success health scores. Performed statistical analyses (Logistic/Linear Regression, Correlation analysis) to quantify Product Features impact on North Star KPI’s (Revenue, Churn and Product Adoption), leading to the identification of new revenue streams via product/feature adoption
