Give production floor support with products being built,(SOP, Work Instructions, update trainings, follow up trainings). Work together with the client and PM with NPI (from introducing information up to final built product). Work together with QA in order to tackle down challenges regarding the process implemented to improve it according to production floor feedback as well to confirm compliance of the materials. Work together with different areas to ensure that any special request from external/internal client is being carried on properly. Constant and direct communication with the external/external client to ensure ECOs / PAs is implemented in the process. Weekly follow up meetings with the external client to give updates.
